Did you go out trick or treating for Halloween on Monday?  I sure did have a lot of people drop in for treats at my place :P

Just in case you missed out or want to be ready for next year, here are some great ideas:
Jack-O-Lantern Fruit Cup Halloween Recipe
MAKE AN ORANGE JACK-O-LANTERN
1. Grab an orange
2. Check out some jack-o-lantern pumpkin designs.
3. Sketch the design on paper first, taking into consideration the size of the orange.
4. Ask an adult to assist in cutting off the top of the orange.
5. Hollow out the orange flesh with a teaspoon
6. Ask an adult to help you to carve the design using the tip of a paring knife.  Be careful of squirting orange juice when carving since it can sting your eyes.
7. Once you're done, you can leave it as is or fill it with ice-cream or fruit salad like the one in the picture above.

Simple Fake Blood:

Clear Corn Syrup
Red Food Coloring
Milk - Optional

However much fake blood is how much corn syrup you'll need. Pour it into a bowl and mix in some red food coloring. Add some blue if you like. Adding a small amount of milk will make the blood appear darker and thicker.
